Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping for orders of $75 or more. If your order total is over $75, you will see this option at checkout.

We currently only offer shipping to the contiguous 48 states. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses. International shipping is currently not available.

After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an order confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours during normal business hours Monday-Friday, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Returns

Online purchases may be returned by mail within 30 days of your purchase date. The items must be unopened and in original, unused condition.

Returns are not currently accepted at any physical Hy-Vee store location. All returns mailed back to the original shipping location will be refunded for the full amount of items ordered, less any shipping fees. Your refund will be returned to the form of payment provided during the original order.

No, we are not currently able to accept returns at our physical store locations. 

Please submit your return request via our Contact Us page. Please include your order number and a brief description to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

Your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment. Any shipping fees from your original order will be deducted from any amounts to be credited. Once the return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.

No, at this time, these accounts are completely separate. The account you create on this site will be completely separate from any Hy-Vee.com account you may have.

If we are running a Fuel Saver promotion, please ensure you provide your 12 digit Fuel Saver card number (found on the back of your physical card or in your Hy-Vee mobile app) in the order comments during checkout.
