Ingredients

  • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 (4.7-oz.) pkg Hy-Vee real russet au gratin potatoes
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • ½ cup Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp Hy-Vee salted butter
  • 1 ½ cups chopped Easy Honey-Glazed Ham
  • Fresh chives, for garnish

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray a 2-qt. shallow baking dish with nonstick spray.

Stir together potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water, milk and butter in prepared dish. Stir in ham.

Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 28 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chives, if desired.
