- ½ Culinary Tours salted butter, softened
- ¼ cup Bella Maria caramelized pecans, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp brandy
- 1 ½ tsp packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
- ½ tsp Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
Beat butter in a small bowl with electric mixer on medium 30 seconds, or use a fork.
Beat or stir in caramelized pecans, brandy, brown sugar, and cinnamon. If necessary, refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes or until firm enough to shape into a log.
Shape butter mixture into a 4½-5-inch-long log using plastic wrap or parchment paper. Wrap tightly and refrigerated for 30 minutes or until firm.
