Ingredients

  • 2 cups Hy-Vee lightly salted cashew halves and pieces
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp Hy-Vee honey

Preparation

Place cashew halves and pieces in food processor. Cover and pulse 10 to 15 times until finely chopped. With processor running, slowly pour in avocado oil and honey. Continue processing 6 to 7 minutes or until smooth and creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
