Add tea bag; steep 10 minutes. Cool. 2To make 1 cocktail, add 2-oz. chai tea-infused whiskey, ginger beer, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker. 3Cover and shake until well combined and chilled. Strain into an 8-oz. ice-filled glass. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
