Cheesy Prosciutto Macaroni

  • ½ cup Basket & Bushel sugar snap peas, split open lengthwise
  • ½ cup chopped Gustare Vita roasted peppers
  • ¼ cup chopped La Quercia proscuitto piccante
  • 1 (48-oz.) pan Hy-Vee Kitchen white Cheddar macaroni side
Add Ingredients to Cart


Preheat oven to 350°. Toss together sugar snap peas, peppers and prosciutto in a small bowl.
Remove plastic lid from white Cheddar macaroni. Spoon vegetable mixture over macaroni mixture. Cover with foil. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until temperature reaches 165°. Let stand 1 minute.
