- ¾ cup Hy-Vee milk chocolate baking chips
- 10 oz Somerdale white Stilton cheese with apricots
- Hy-Vee red raspberry preserves, for serving
Microwave chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl on HIGH at 30-second intervals until melted, stirring each time.
Cut cheese into 1-inch cubes. Dip each cheese cube diagonally into melted chocolate, covering about half of the cube. Place on parchment paper; let stand until set. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. If desired, top with raspberry preserves just before serving.
