Chocolate Mummy Cookies

Ingredients

  • 18 Hy-Vee large marshmallows, divided
  • 1 (12-ct.) pkg. Hy-Vee Bakery homestyle brownie cookies with Ghirardelli chocolate chips, divided
  • Over the Top ready to use wispy white cookie icing
  • Over the Top silly eyeballs candy

Preparation

Place 9 marshmallows, in a single layer, on a large microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high at 10-second intervals until puffy and warm, but not melted.

Working quickly with gloved hands sprayed with nonstick spray, stretch marshmallows across 6 cookies to create desired mummy bandages.

Repeat microwaving remaining 9 marshmallows and stretching over the remaining 6 cookies. Attach candy eyes to cookies with cookie icing.
