  • 4 Hy-Vee large eggs, divided

Preheat oven to 450°. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray; set aside.
Separate eggs and place whites in medium bowl and yolks into 4 separate dishes (keep yolks in tact). Beat egg whites with an electric mixer 6 to 7 minutes or until stiff peaks form (tips stand straight). Spoon 4 egg white mounds onto prepared baking sheet. Make an indentation in each mound using the back of a spoon.
Bake 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and gently slide each egg yolk into indentations. Bake 4 to 5 minutes more or until yolks are set. Serve immediately.
