    • 2 cups red cabbage, finely shredded
    • 2 cups zucchini, shredded
    • 1 cup carrot, shredded
    • 1 cup frozen shelled edamame, thawed
    • ½ cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
    • ½ cup Hy-Vee lightly salted whole cashews
    • 2 tbsp green onion, thinly sliced


    • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter
    • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee Thai sweet chili sauce
    • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee less sodium soy sauce
    • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
    • 1 tsp Hy-Vee honey
    Add Ingredients to Cart


    Combine finely shredded red cabbage, shredded zucchini, shredded carrot, edamame, fresh cilantro, cashews, and green onion in a medium bowl. Set aside.
    Whisk together creamy peanut butter, chili sauce, soy sauce, fresh lime juice, and honey in a small bowl. Drizzle over cabbage mixture; toss to coat.
