Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp Hy-Vee unsalted butter
  • 10 Hy-Vee frozen white dinner rolls
  • ½ tsp Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up salt
  • ⅓ cup Hy-Vee shredded Gouda cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with 1 tablespoon unsalted butter. Arrange dinner rolls in prepared skillet. Loosely cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm place for 3 to 4 hours or until doubled in size.

Microwave ¼ cup unsalted butter in a small microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds or until melted. Uncover rolls. Spoon butter over rolls and sprinkle with Mixed-Up salt; top with shredded Gouda cheese and thyme.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with additional fresh thyme, if desired. Serve warm.
