Grilled Garlic Mushrooms in tin foil

  • ¼ cup Gustare Vita extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp bottled chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp Hy-Vee sea salt, finely ground
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. whole white mushrooms, trimmed
  • Fresh curly parsley, chopped; for garnish

Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat (350°).
Combine olive oil, garlic, and salt in a large bowl. Add mushrooms; toss to coat. Cut a 16x16-inch sheet of heavy foil. Place mushroom mixture in center of foil; roll or fold up edges of foil to form a side around the mushroom mixture, leaving top open.
Place foil bowls on grill rack. Grill 12 to 18 minutes or until vegetables reach desired doneness, stirring every 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from grill and garnish with parsley, if desired.
