Grilled Havarti and Fig Sandwiches

  • 2 tbsp Hy-Vee salted butter, softened
  • 4 slice(s) Hy-Vee Bakery Italian bread
  • 2 tbsp fig preserves
  • ½ cup Full Circle Market organic arugula, tightly packed
  • 4 slice(s) Hy-Vee Havarti cheese

Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Spread butter on one side of bread slices. Place 2 slices, buttered sides down, in heated skillet.
Top each with equal amounts fig preserves, arugula, and Havarti. Top with remaining 2 bread slices, buttered sides up. Cook 4 to 6 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese begins to melt, turning halfway through.
