- 6 Baby bella mushroom caps
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee onion & chive cream cheese spread
- ½ cup plus 2 tbsp. Roth Havarti cheese, divided
- Fresh chives, chopped, for garnish
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a large rimmed baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Stir together cream cheese spread and ½ cup shredded Havarti cheese; set aside.
Wipe mushroom caps clean with paper towels. Place caps stem sides up in prepared baking pan; remove stems. Fill mushrooms with about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture. Sprinkle with an additional 2 tablespoons shredded Havarti cheese.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped chives, if desired.
