  • ¼ cup Gustare Vita white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup Hy-Vee plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Gustare Vita olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Hy-Vee granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Hy-Vee salt
  • 1 tsp Hy-Vee ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp celery seed
  • 1 (14-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee coleslaw mix
  • 3 green onions, sliced; plus additional for garnish
Add Ingredients to Cart


Whisk together white wine vinegar, yogurt, olive oil, sugar, mustard, lime zest, lime juice, salt, pepper, and celery seed in a large bowl. Add coleslaw mix and 3 green onions; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 2 days. To serve, garnish with additional sliced green onions, if desired.
