Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hy-Vee unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 cup Hy-Vee frozen unsweetened mango chunks
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee Select 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger root, grated
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • Orange, sliced, for garnish

Preparation

Place coconut water, mango chunks, carrot, fresh orange juice, maple syrup, grated ginger root, and turmeric in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.

Pour into 2 (12-oz. each) glasses. Garnish with orange slices, if desired.
