Matcha Dalgona Latte

  • 2 tbsp Hy-Vee granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp meringue powder
  • 1 tsp organic matcha powder
  • 1 cup cold Hy-Vee original unsweetened almond milk
Add Ingredients to Cart


Combine sugar, water and meringue powder in a medium bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form (tips stand straight). Fold in matcha powder until combined.
Pour almond milk into 1 (18-oz.) glass; add ice. Top with matcha mixture.
