  • 1 ¼ cups Hy-Vee Short Cuts watermelon
  • ½ cup baby spinach, tightly packed
  • ½ medium English cucumber, chopped
  • ½ cup Hy-Vee unsweetened coconut water
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • Cucumber ribbon, for garnish
Add Ingredients to Cart


Place watermelon, tightly packed baby spinach, cucumber, coconut water, and fresh mint in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve before serving. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon skewered on a cocktail pick, if desired.
