- ¾ cup Hy-Vee fresh squeezed orange juice
- ¾ cup sparkling wine, plus additional for serving
- 7 or 8 Basket & Bushel strawberries, trimmed and sliced or halved; plus additional whole strawberries for garnish
- 15 Basket & Bushel red raspberries
Combine orange juice and ¾ cup sparkling wine in a 2-cup glass measuring cup; set aside.
Divide strawberries and raspberries among 15 (1-in.-sq.) ice cube silicone molds. Gently pour orange juice mixture into fruit-filled molds; freeze overnight.
Remove frozen cubes from molds and place in glasses. Pour additional sparkling wine over cubes, if desired. Garnish glass rims with whole strawberries, if desired.
