- ¼ Anjou or Bartlett pear, seeded
- 1 pinch(es) Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
- 3 oz Avaline red wine
- 2 oz Hy-Vee club soda
- Lemon peel twist, for garnish
Muddle pear and cinnamon together in a 1-cup glass measuring cup. Stir in red wine.
Strain into an ice-filled 20-oz. wine glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon twist, if desired.
