- 1 (17.5-oz.) pkg. double chocolate chunk cookie mix
- ½ cup Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 Hy-Vee large egg
- 1 cup Hy-Vee vanilla almond bark, chopped
- Hy-Vee peppermint twist candy, crushed; for garnish
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cookie mix, softened butter, water, and egg in a medium bowl until soft dough forms.
Drop by rounded teaspoons 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Let cookies cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely on wire racks.
Melt chopped vanilla almond bark according to package directions until melted.
Dip cooled cookies into melted almond bark until coated. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint twist candy.
