Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25-oz.) box Betty Crocker Super Moist red velvet cake mix
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 375°.

Stir together cake mix, eggs, and butter. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or just until tops are set. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute. Transfer to wire racks and let cool. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
