- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp Hy-Vee slivered almonds, toasted
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
- lemon wedges, for garnish; if desired
Preheat oven to 400°. Line large rimmed baking sheet with foil. Spray with nonstick spray; set aside.
Toss broccoli with olive oil in bowl until evenly coated. Spread on prepared baking pan. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender, turning halfway through.
Transfer to serving bowl. Top with almonds and Parmesan. Garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
