- 1 ½ lb orange and/or yellow carrots
- 3 tbsp Gustare Vita olive oil
Preheat oven to 400°. Line large rimmed baking pan with foil. Spray with nonstick spray; set aside.
Trim carrots; cut in half lengthwise. Place on prepared baking pan. Brush with olive oil.
Roast for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
