- 2 bunches radishes, trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp Gustare Vita olive oil
- fresh parsley, chopped
- Hy-Vee salt, to taste
- Hy-Vee ground black pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400°. Line large rimmed baking pan with foil. Spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Toss radishes with olive oil in a bowl until evenly coated. Spread on prepared baking pan.
Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until fork-tender. Garnish with parsley; season to taste with salt and pepper.
