Ingredients

  • 3 Hy-Vee large eggs
  • 2 tsp Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk
  • Hy-Vee salt
  • Hy-Vee ground black pepper

Preparation

Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.

Spray a small skillet with nonstick spray; heat over medium-low heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Once bottom has set, use a spatula to stir the mixture and form large curds.

Continue cooking and stirring until eggs are cooked through but still glossy. Remove from heat. Serve immediately.
