Sour Grape Sorbet

  • 4 ½ cups seedless green grapes
  • 2 tbsp Hy-Vee honey
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 fresh mint leaves, optional
Add Ingredients to Cart


Place grapes in a 13x9-inch baking pan in a single layer. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until solid.
Place frozen grapes in a food processor. Cover and pulse until chopped. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes or until slightly softened.
Add honey, lemon zest and juice, and mint leaves, if desired. Cover and process until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for up to 2 weeks.
