- 1 Hy-Vee large egg
- ⅓ cup warm water
- Hy-Vee salt
- Hy-Vee ground black pepper
Lightly spray 1 (8-oz.) ramekin with cooking spray; set aside.
Whisk together egg and warm water in a small bowl until well combined. Pour mixture into prepared ramekin and place in bottom of medium saucepan.
Pour enough water in saucepan to reach halfway up the side of ramekin. Bring water to gentle simmer. Cover saucepan; cook over medium heat 12 to 14 minutes or until egg is set. Remove from heat. Carefully remove ramekin from saucepan; serve immediately with salt and pepper.
