Ingredients

  • ½ small grapefruit, cut into 4 wedges
  • 1 Cara Cara orange, cut into 8 wedges, divided
  • 1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges, divided
  • 4 strawberries, cut in half, divided
  • 2 oz Row vodka
  • 1 oz sugar-free vanilla simple syrup
  • 8 dash(es) orange bitters
  • 3 oz Hy-Vee club soda

Preparation

Muddle grapefruit wedges, 4 orange wedges, 4 lemon wedges, and 4 strawberry halves in a cocktail shaker.

Add vodka, vanilla simple syrup, orange bitters, and ice. Cover and shake well until chilled; set aside.

Divide and arrange an additional 4 strawberry halves, remaining 4 orange wedges, and 4 lemon wedges in 2 (8-oz. each) martini glasses. Strain vodka mixture over fruit. Add 3-oz. Hy-Vee club soda to each glass.
