Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Full Circle Market organic light-colored agave nectar
  • 1 ½ cups ice cubes, divided
  • 1 cup Talenti dairy-free raspberry sorbetto
  • ⅓ cup dragon fruit, peeled and chopped; plus additional slices for garnish
  • 2 oz fresh lime juice, divided
  • 2 oz silver tequila, divided
  • 2 oz Triple Sec, divided
  • 1 cup Talenti dairy-free mango sorbetto
  • ¼ cup Hy-Vee Short Cuts pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup mango, pitted, peeled, and chopped; plus additional slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint, for garnish

Preparation

Place salt in a shallow dish. Brush rims of 2 (13-oz. each) margarita glasses with agave nectar. Dip rims of glasses in kosher salt; set aside. Place 1 cup ice cubes, raspberry sorbetto, dragon fruit, 1-oz. lime juice, 1-oz. silver tequila, and 1-oz. Triple Sec in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses; set aside. Rinse blender. Place ½ cup ice cubes, mango sorbetto, pineapple chunks, chopped mango, 1-oz. lime juice, 1-oz. silver tequila, and 1-oz. Triple Sec in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour mango mixture on top of dragon fruit mixture in glasses. Garnish with dragon fruit slices, mango wedges, and fresh mint, if desired. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
