Ingredients

  • 4 cups Hy-Vee Short Cuts watermelon, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup Soiree traditional crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, packed
  • 2 tbsp Hy-Vee Short Cuts chopped red onions
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Gustare Vita olive oil

Preparation

Toss together watermelon, cucumber, feta, mint,a and red onions in a medium bowl. Combine lime juice and oil; drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
